Every 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of the month- Focus will host a different training class, and these clinics are FREE for Focus members.
Signups are “day of” only and are “first come, first serve” basis. Classes start promptly at 730p. If you are late, your space will be given to someone waiting. Clinic size will vary from week-to-week.

- Beginning Bouldering
- Rings and antagonistic muscle development
- Advanced bouldering techniques
- How to redpoint your project effectively
- Intro to Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)

Ability level: No experience needed.

Description: Not a phrase often spoken in a bouldering gym and a common weak point among us. So let’s work through the new slab problems and learn to trust our feet.

Name: Hangboarding for Power OR Endurance
Ability level: 1 year + of consistent bouldering
Availability: 4 spots
Description: Training to hold onto smaller holds, and hold on for longer in a safe(er) setting. The beauty of a hangboard is being able to strictly control your training and you can easily set one up where you live, the ugly is that it’s tedious and bad for your hands if not done right. Let’s explore.
