Youth Programs
Summer Kids Camps
Camps are available for ages 6-12 years old, and activities will be centered on climbing– learning terminology, basic movement and technique. We offer kids yoga and several activities to work out their muscles throughout the week. Campers will provide their own lunch, and Focus has 2 snack breaks. Our Camp provides a great controlled environment for getting children active while they are out of school.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian to enter the gym.
Focus Climbing Team
The youth climbing team at Focus is a competitive and non-competitive junior climbing team for kids between the ages of 6 and 18. The entire coaching staff are certified USAC coaches. Together, the coaching staff has over 30 years of climbing and competition experience.
We will provide a safe and fun environment that encourages the development of positive attitudes, values and character. We will help your son/daughter become a great climber, as well as a great person. Your kids will learn how to attain specific goals with dedication, perseverance, commitment, and hard work. We strive to provide opportunities that otherwise wouldn’t exist for the kids, and help them understand the greatest discovery comes from realizing their own potential.
