This class is exactly what you think it is – a perfect blend of climbing and fitness. Climb-fit is a great mix of simple exercises with climbing built into the workout. Improve your cardio and core power while increasing your climbing stamina. One of the most challenging classes mentally and physically. Limited to 10 people per class, with 4 person minimum.
